Zoe Edelstein
10-year-old Zoe Edelstein began training at Dearing Studio in November of 2017 as a result of a write up for the studio in the popular online blog; Scottsdale Mom’s blog. Zoe found her passion for acting as soon as she finished her first acting class. Her training at Dearing has opened her up to new opportunities in the arts and has allowed her to be more self confident and push herself further towards personal growth.

How has Dearing influenced you outside of the Studio?
I think i’ve gained a lot of confidence from this studio……I was able to show my personality more.
How has the studio influenced your mindset in terms of growth as a person?
At first I was scared to do things I enjoyed doing. I was worried people might judge me. I realized that it really doesn’t matter what people think, as long as I’m having fun.
If you could describe Dearing Studio, how would you describe it?
I would have to describe it as a blessing. If I didn’t come to Dearing, I wouldn’t have learned about self confidence and opening up to others……Even if it’s not acting that someone is nervous to try, this place is so much more than just acting.
