Wednesdays, 5:45 to 7:45 PM. Three classes a month, two hours, on their feet. Ages 11 to 17. Non-scripted storytelling, built on listening and truthful reaction: the premise, the environment, the character, the game. Nobody is asked to be funny.
Month to month. Every quarter closes with a showcase.

Every quarter closes with a showcase. Every student performs, every student gets a one-on-one evaluation, and families are welcome. If there is a better way to teach it, that is the way we will teach it.

Why Take Script and Improv
Why take both classes? Think of your favorite actors in movies or TV, they are able to deliver scripted lines that look, sound and feel spontaneous or improvised. And we believe the highest quality improv performers look sound and feel as if they had memorized and rehearsed a great script.
Why in its simplest form: Good scripted acting looks, sounds and feels like Improv and good Improv looks, sounds and feels like scripted material.
