The two rooms
The Classroom
The front room, and the smaller of the two. Upscale modern decor and vaulted ceilings, the same as the rest of the building. It suits workshops, seminars, table reads, small group training, and self-tape sessions with the camera setup in place.
The Theater
Seventy-five seats and a stage, with the lighting and technical setup the room is built around. It suits rehearsals, performances, showcases, casting sessions and auditions, screenings and live-streamed events. Phoenix Casting runs its own sessions in this room.
Take both and you get the whole building: both rooms, the lobby, the built-in reception area and the kitchenette.
What people rent it for
Rehearsal space
A stage, a full lighting rig and room to block a scene. Troupes and productions rehearse here weekly. Book the theater by the hour, the three-hour block or the day.
Audition and casting space
This is a working casting room, not a room that happens to be empty. Phoenix Casting holds sessions here, so the lobby, the reception area and the waiting space are already set up for a day of talent coming through.
Self-tape room
A camera and a MacBook Pro already set up for self-tape, with the lighting and the clean backdrop that go with it. Book the classroom by the hour.
Podcast and video
A dressed set with the lighting hung and three 4K cameras with tripods. Add the videography and editing crew if you want to walk away with finished video.

Podcast space
The set is dressed, the lighting is hung and the cameras are in position. Tell us what your session needs and we will have it ready. Podcast rental runs on the same rates as the room it sits in.

The studio sits on Shea Boulevard at 32nd Street, in the heart of Phoenix near the Scottsdale border. The neighborhood is becoming the next Arcadia and has its own hashtags, #north32nd and #sheaborhood, with a run of new restaurants all within walking distance.

How booking works
- Notice
- Reserve at least two weeks ahead.
- Deposit
- A 50% deposit holds the date. It is non-refundable.
- Cleaning
- A $200 cleaning fee applies. Clean the space yourself, with your own products or your own service, and the fee is refunded 24 hours after inspection.
