In this first ever teen podcast episode we have studio crew members and long time students Truman Hendrix and Isabel Root in with one of our instructors Brian Sweeney. Each of them was brought on to our team because of their willingness to serve and desire to help people. They talk about what it means to change the culture in the room by refusing to blend into a groups choices, but to make their own choices through spirit and allow the group to get curious and slowly follow. They also share how hard it is to be the first one to do something in a group, but how rewarding it is afterwards. Through taking classes at Dearing they realized how much it has helped them to be the light in the room and lift up those around them by leading through example.
